Our social thinking philosophy is a
combination of many years of practice and study of the "Theory of Mind" (Simon
Baron-Cohen) challenges that hinder our student's social development. Our
ProSocial Thinking curriculum employs work by Michelle Garcia
Winner, Tony Attwood, and Stanley Greenspan; cognitive behavior therapy; and our own creative
juices derived from 46 years of combined experience.
In this section we keep you updated
by links to some of these other resources providing information about social thinking and
opportunities for families to practice being social.
